Try Nook
on your Mac.

An early build for friends and first testers. Connect Gmail, iCloud, Zoho or another IMAP account. Your mail, drafts and passwords stay on your Mac, and you don't need a Nook account. If you choose to sign in to one, the accounts you pick are also kept on Nook's server so your other devices can show them; the privacy policy explains how.

Download for macOS Apple silicon and Intel · macOS 12 or later

Signed and notarized for macOS. Updates aren't automatic yet, so check back here for new builds. Signing in with Google shows “Google hasn’t verified this app” while Google reviews Nook; choose Advanced, then Go to Nook.

Can I download Nook yet?

Yes, on a Mac. The early preview is for friends and first testers, so expect rough edges. Windows, iOS, Android and the web are still in development.

Which devices are you building for?

macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and the web. The goal is a familiar Nook experience wherever you open your mail.

Will I be able to bring my own AI key?

Yes, that's part of the plan. Nook is being designed around a choice of AI options, including user-supplied API keys. Providers and the detailed feature set are still being worked out.

Can I help shape it?

Absolutely. If there's something you wish your email client did better, tell Prerak about it. Real everyday workflows are the starting point.
